☀️ The KRED summer has begun
Summer is usually when crypto goes quiet. We decided to do the opposite.
This week KRED showed up in Nigeria in person, shipped a fresh deployment, and lined up a whole lot more. Here is everything that moved.

🇳🇬 KRED at Solana Summit Nigeria
Our AMA veteran, Gaius, carried the KRED flag at the Solana Summit in Uyo, and it delivered. But the moment that stuck with us was not a panel or a booth. It was Gaius meeting one of you, a member from our own Discord, face to face, and the two of them scrolling through the same chat we all live in, together, in real life.
The Solana summit in Uyo yesterday was packed. I caught talks from teams like Panta on prediction markets and Roam on their payment app, and learned a lot about how their platforms are solving real problems.
The best part was networking. I got to share what we're building with KRED, and it was great seeing interest turn into a few signups on the spot. I also connected with some of the speakers and ecosystem leaders, and a few are open to exploring partnerships with KRED down the line.
Left with new ideas, new contacts, and momentum.
That is the whole reason we do this. Not followers, not noise. Real people, real stories, real trust and Nigeria is only stop one. Gaius will bring the full story, and the alpha, to Wednesday's AMA.

📊 Platform and KOLs
Behind the scenes, the product has been moving. A new deployment went live last week, and the scores are looking noticeably healthier for it. We are about to cross our first real milestone, 100 KOLs indexed, and we have already set our sights on the next one: 250 by the end of Q3.
With a stronger team now on both marketing and dev, this is the pace you can expect from here on.
🚀 The week ahead, and the rest of August
Wednesday brings our weekly AMA back on StageX (12 August, 4PM CET), and we may have a new voice joining as we reshape the format a little. It is also where Gaius spills the Nigeria stories first-hand, so you will want to be in the room.
And there is something new. This month we are opening up casual crypto X Spaces. No script, no hard sell, just us and you talking about the market, what is actually going on, and where you think it is all headed. We want to be KREDible, but we also just want to know who you are and how you’ll like to shape trust and reputation in this space.
The times will move around a little while we find the slot that sticks, so keep an ear out. We will find a moment to talk crypto this month.
