Weekly Issue #11: Ups, downs, and a few changes at KRED

We're right in the middle of the season, and there's a good bit to share from the past week. As always, we'll give it to you straight, the wins and the misses, because being honest is kind of our whole thing.

We'll be upfront about this one. Yesterday we held our first Web3 meetup in Heidelberg, and the turnout came in lighter than we'd hoped. A few people had confirmed ahead of time, so calling it off was never really on the table, and honestly, we're glad we went ahead. What could have been a flat afternoon turned into a focused co-working session. We got real work done and genuinely enjoyed the time together.

The lesson? Launching your very first event in the middle of holiday and festival season might not be the move. 😅 Noted, and we'll time the next one a lot better.

The team keeps growing and clicking better every week. Our dev team in particular has been heads-down behind the scenes, making real progress that has us genuinely excited about what's coming next.

We also came across an unexpected potential addition to our marketing side. If it comes together the way we think it can, it could be a real long-term game changer for KRED. 👀 We'll share more the moment it's locked.

You may have caught this during Wednesday's Weekly AMA, but we've adjusted our rhythm a little.

Our AMAs are moving to every two weeks. That gives us more room to build, so that when we do go live, we're bringing real updates and substance instead of filler.

To keep the conversation going in between, we also launched something new and more relaxed: Crypto Gossip, an open X Space where we hang out with you, and anyone on X who wants to drop in, to talk through the latest events, trends, and developments across crypto. We ran the first one this past Thursday, and honestly, it was a great hang.
